Hello everyone!
Thank you for visiting my blog site. I have created this website to fulfil the ePortfolio component of EDCN865. I am currently enrolled in my Masters of Indigenous Education, and am enrolled in EDCN865 as an elective unit.
A little bit about me…
My name is Kayla and I live in Perth and work part-time/casual as a teacher. I have a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood and Primary) and am currently about half-way through completing my masters degree. I am Yamatji on my mother’s side and Māori on my father’s side, along with a mix of European (English, Irish, Swedish, German, Croatian….all sorts!).
When I am not working or studying, I enjoy travelling (please enjoy a couple of my travel snaps!) and playing my saxophone in a concert band and a saxophone quintet.
